Dr. Mitchell C. Kaye
Dr. Kaye received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University. He went on to complete his medical degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. He served his urologic residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Dr. Kaye was a staff urologist at Andrews Air Force Base and an assistant professor at the Uniformed Services University. Dr. Kaye is currently Urology Head at Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn, and Director of the Phoenix Urologic Society.
Dr. Kaye has a state of the art technological practice and has been the first to bring several procedures to the State of Arizona.

Dr. Edward R. Katz
Dr. Katz received his doctor of medicine degree from the State University of New York. He served his internship at Georgetown University, Washington, D.C. and his urologic residency at the University of Miami. He served in the United States Public Health Service branch of the military at the Sacaton Indian Hospital in Sacaton, Arizona. Dr. Katz is certified by the American Board of Urology.
Dr. Katz founded Scottsdale Urologic Surgeons, Ltd. in 1976 and is the senior-most practicing urologist in Scottsdale.

Dr. B. Dale Russell
Dr. Russell earned his bachelor of arts degree from Duke University. He also earned his master of health administration and his medical degrees from Duke, and served an internship there, as well. He went on to complete an internship in general surgery at the University of Virginia Hospital, and a residency in general urology at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals in Atlanta, GA.
He joined Scottsdale Urologic Surgeons in May 2001, and has been practicing urology in the Scottsdale area since 1994.
Dr. Russell is certified by the American Board of Urology.

Dr. Robert S. Lipson
Dr. Lipson completed a surgical internship at the National Naval Medical Center, and completed his Urology residency at Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, Virginia. He finished his Navy career as a Lieutenant Commander and staff Urologist at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, in North San Diego County, after which he entered private practice in Newport Beach, CA. He followed this with a solo practice in Encinitas, CA and was a member of the teaching staff at University of California, San Diego and the La Jolla VA Medical Center. Dr. Lipson moved to the Valley in 2001, practicing in Glendale for five years. He joined Scottsdale Urologic Surgeons, Ltd in January, 2007. Dr. Lipson is certified by the American Board of Urology, and is a clinical instructor for Midwestern University/Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Eric L. Kau
Dr. Kau received his medical degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine/Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, VA. He completed his surgical internship and urology residency at New York University Medical Center. Following residency, he completed a two-year fellowship in endourology and laparoscopy at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Minimally Invasive Urology Institute in Los Angeles, CA.
Dr. Kau is certified by the American Board of Urology.
Dr. Kau joined Scottsdale Urologic Surgeons, Ltd in November of 2008.

Scottsdale Urologic Surgeons are the team urologists for the Phoenix Suns, Coyotes, Rattlers, and Mercury. They actively support the prostate cancer support group in Phoenix and are clinical instructors at the Scottsdale Health Care Family Practice Residency Program.
